An early draft of Wafii’s terms. It is not a final contract; the binding terms are those in your written quote and signed agreement.
The service
Wafii is loyalty and campaign software for local businesses, made up of an in-store tablet app, a staff app and a cloud backend.
Plans and prices
Prices shown on the website are examples and may change. The binding price is the one in your written quote.
The monthly subscription renews monthly and may include a free trial.
The one-time license includes a set period of hosting, support and updates. After that, hosting and support are billed monthly. A license does not grant ownership of the source code, perpetual hosting, unlimited support or messages, or any hardware.
Jordan’s general sales tax is added where it applies.
Your responsibilities
Buying tablets, stands and an internet connection.
Opening messaging provider accounts and paying their fees directly to the provider.
Getting customer consent before marketing, and following send-time windows and applicable regulations.
The accuracy of the terms and offers you present to your customers.
Data
Customer data belongs to your business, and the owner can export it. Processing details are in the privacy policy.
Suspension and cancellation
When a plan ends or is cancelled, new check-ins and campaigns stop, while earned gifts remain redeemable for a period set in the agreement.
Availability
We aim to keep the service available at all times, but we do not currently offer a specific uptime commitment.
